QA/QC Introduction

We have several experienced salesman who specialize in following the orders production.We would try our best to meet your requirement and let you know the production schedule and quality information asap.Sample confirmation -After confirmation of the sample by the customer, our salesmen would make theproduction order according to customer's requirements.
Ordering the materials, accessories, molds-Our QC people and Salesmen would be responsible for the quality control.
Cutting
Printting-Our QC people, printing supervisor and Salesmen would be responsible for the quality control.
Test batch-Our QC people, production supervisor and Salesmen would be responsible for the quality control. They would have a spot check.
Mass production-Our QC people and production supervisorwould be responsible for the quality control. They would have a spot check.
Quality check-Our qc people would have 100% inspection for the products mainly in testing the leakage. Normally, we pump up the products for 8 to 12 hours for the small size products and over 18 hours for big size products.
Packaging -Our QC people and packing supervisor would be responsible for the packing quality.
